Here are a few more tips to make the installation process smoother:
- When installing standoffs, please place the screw through the PCB hole, support it from the bottom, and twist the standoff on.
- Here are the number of standoffs for each keyboard:
- Wooting 60HE: 8x (+2x optional standoffs)
- Wooting 80HE: 15x
- Azoth: 6x
- Made 68 Ultra: 14x

- When installing the PET film, ensure that all flaps are tucked under the stabilizer wires. You may have to cut the film to achieve this for certain kits.

- PE foams can sometimes affect performance for HE keyboards, making it so that switches don’t actuate to the full travel distance. However, PE foams also noticeably modify the sound signature to a more “marbly” sound.
If you are concerned about possible performance issues on HE keyboards, please do not install the PE foam.

- When installing the IXPE foam, please ensure that none of the foams rest on top of the stabilizers.
